Dick's 1905 series of chef's knives impresses with its unique design, which captivated then as it does now. High-quality materials and innovative manufacturing techniques are used for this modern reissue.
A distinctive feature is the characteristic steel rings, which are firmly bonded to the plastic handle using a special technique. The dimples on the 1905 Santoku knife allow for precise cutting without sticking.
The blade is ground to a slim profile and perfectly balanced for comfortable handling. It tapers to a narrow point and is made of premium German steel. The final honing is done by hand, as is traditional, giving the knife its impressive sharpness.
The bolster deliberately ends in the middle of the blade, allowing the blade end to be optimally used and resharpened.
Wagyu beef can be precisely cut into any desired shape with just one hand movement. Herbs and onions can also be easily and evenly chopped.
In addition to the traditional "F. Dick" stamp, the knife has a Wagyu Sauerland engraving.
