Rinse the pan briefly with hot water before first use. After each use, clean with lukewarm water and dry thoroughly. Stubborn food residue can easily be removed with a dish brush. However, it is not recommended to use dish soap, as this could damage the layer of seasoning that is essential for the pan's special frying properties.
