    Rinse the pan briefly with hot water before first use. After each use, clean with lukewarm water and dry thoroughly. Stubborn food residue can easily be removed with a dish brush. However, it is not recommended to use dish soap, as this could damage the layer of seasoning that is essential for the pan's special frying properties. By following these care instructions, your Skeppshult cast iron frying pan will remain in perfect condition and provide you with the best results in the kitchen for years to come.
